Terms and Conditions for AIS ZEED 5G Packages (for new registration and port-in customers)

• This package is only for customers aged between 17 to 24. Limit to 1 national ID to 1 right only (existing customers with special packages for students are not eligible for this offer).
• Enjoy 5G max speed internet with limited quota. After the 5G data allowance is reached, customers can continue using unlimited data at speed 8 mbps for package of 299B and 10 mbps for package of 399B, 499B.
• Free calls to AIS network are limited to 30 minutes per call. Excess calls are charged at THB 1.50/minute (a fraction of a minute will be charged as a minute).
• Excess charges include phone/VDO calls to any networks at THB 1.50/minute (a fraction of a minute will be charged as a minute), THB 2.50/SMS and THB 4/MMS.
• The service fee of the package is exclusive of the license fees and application fees for access to Google Meet, Office 365, Zoom and other applications.
• WiFi Username and Password for AIS SUPER WiFi will be sent via SMS. For more information, visit www.ais.th/wifi
• Package is valid for 12 billing cycles.
• Package can only be used per one billing cycle. Any non-usage of this package will not rollover to the following billing cycle. Customers will no longer be eligible for the offer upon cancellation of the service, changing the package or changing ownership of the number.
• This package cannot be used with multi SIM service.
• Package prices are exclusive of VAT 7%.
• In order to maintain service quality standard and to keep quality network experience for overall subscribers, the company reserves the rights to manage the network as the company deems appropriate including but not limited to limiting or decreasing network speed in case it is found that there is large volume (100GB) of continuous data transfer, using BitTorrent, sharing Internet via Hotspot, downloading and/or uploading large files, consuming usage for commercial purposes, or any usage which impacts or creates unfairness to other subscribers, or creates impediments to the network of the company.
• The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Disney+ Hotstar* access for up to 3 months (without additional fees on AIS)

• This package is for AIS postpaid customers who successfully register new number and port their numbers to AIS between 1 Feb 23 – 28 Feb 23 with AIS ZEED 5G packages (399 THB and 499 THB)
• Exclusive for AIS postpaid and prepaid customers as individual/residential registered only.
• To be eligible for the offer, customers need to subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar monthly package within 30 days after successfully porting their numbers to AIS by dialing *365*99# and press call.
• After subscribing to Disney+ Hotstar monthly package, customers will receive an SMS confirmation. Entitled customers can start streaming Disney+ Hotstar on the app and/or the web by going to disneyplushotstar.com or by downloading the Disney+ Hotstar app via the App Store or Google Play Store and logging-in with their registered AIS mobile number.
• Customers will receive another SMS about their eligibility for the offer within 3 days after subscribing to Disney+ Hotstar monthly package.
• A monthly fee of THB 99 for Disney+ Hotstar monthly package will be charged to the account. A THB 99 discount will be applied from second month onwards for up to 3 months. Package will automatically renew with monthly fee applied according to promotion at that time, unless customer cancel the package.
• Offer is valid for customers who subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar monthly package by 28 Feb 23. Thereafter, the monthly fee will be based on the promotion offered at that time.
• Discount is offered to customers who make bill payments by due date. If mobile numbers are temporarily suspended, the discount will not be applied to that month’s billing (Disney+ Hotstar access will still be available).
• Customers will no longer be eligible for the discount on Disney+ Hotstar monthly package, if they:
  • Switch to another monthly plan with lower fee
  • Change the plan to prepaid
  • Cancel Disney+ Hotstar monthly package
  • Terminate the eligible mobile numbers
  • Port out to other networks
• If any of the conditions above are met, customers will not be able to enjoy the offer by using the same phone number.
• Port-in customers with Share Plan packages need to use their port-in numbers to subscribe to Disney+ Hotstar monthly package to be eligible for the discount on the subsequent months.
• Price is inclusive of VAT 7% but is exclusive of the internet connection fees.

Terms and Conditions for VIU Premium

• Eligible customers will receive SMS to activate free VIU Premium 12 months within 3 days after successfully registering new number or porting number to AIS.
• To be eligible for offer, customers need to subscribe VIU Premium package within 30 days after get SMS to activate free
• After the period of the free access to VIU Premium, customers will be charged at 119 THB/month (VAT inclusive) in 13th month onwards.
• One number is limited to one right throughout the campaign period.
• Customers (package of 300THB or more) who use AIS ZEED 5G, U-ZEED, Super U-ZEED and KIDDY Packages will be able to get free 12 months
• Customers can enjoy VIU Premium after getting confirmation SMS. For usage in Thailand only.
• Customers that are using other privileges of VIU Premium or customers who cancel/change main package will no longer be eligible to get VIU Premium 12 months.
